Malta’s quintessential drink − Kinnie − has made it to some far-flung places in the past such as Canada and Australia, but a new initiative by Simonds Farsons Cisk has seen the soft drink launched into cyberspace.

The full Kinnie range − Kinnie, Diet Kinnie and Kinnie Zest − is now available on Amazon UK, with free delivery anywhere in the UK.

A spokesman for the company said, “We are very pleased with this latest initiative which makes Kinnie accessible to all Kinnie fans across the UK and in many European countries. Never has ordering Kinnie online been more convenient, cost effective and user friendly.

“This is certainly an important milestone for the brand and availability on Amazon UK is the result of a focused niche strategy started last year when we announced that Kinnie was available in London’s West End.”

Yahoo Travel & Ireland also recently mentioned Kinnie as one of the ‘Top 10 tipples around the World’.
