New Credit Card Usage Scheme from Banif Bank

Banif clients now have one more valid reason to use their credit cards. The bank has just launched a scheme through which credit card holders can get their annual card fee refunded without having to spend larger amounts than usual.

By simply using their credit card for regular monthly spending at supermarkets, retail outlets, restaurants, petrol stations, online or even when paying for their utility bills, card holders can get a full refund of their annual credit card fee. All cardholders will automatically be eligible for this scheme, and the first clients entitled to a refund for the 12-months prior to September 2011, will be contacted over the next few days by the bank.

The scheme is open to all Banif Classic and Gold Credit Card holders including Hello Kitty Classic Credit card users. To be entitled to the annual card refund, Classic and Hello Kitty Card holders have to use their card for an average of €550 per month over the 12-month period prior to the date on which the card fee is charged by the Bank. Gold Card holders have to use their card for an average of €1,600 per month over the 12-month period. Purchase transactions carried out by supplementary card holders will also be eligible for this scheme.
