Bank of Valletta has this week launched a newly designed range of corporate attire for its employees.
The new tailored suits and dresses that are now being worn by BOV employees are designed to reflect and promote a professional corporate identity projecting a dynamic and modern image particularly at the Bank’s customer touch-points.
“We are pleased to launch the new career wear which, we believe, projects an image that reflects BOV’s caring, friendly and professional approach,” said Michael Galea, Chief Officer, Operations at Bank of Valletta. “We are delighted with the very positive feedback that we have received from our employees. Indeed, the design of the new corporate attire was a participative project that included the contribution of a wide cross section of employees who worked together with professional designers and manufacturers in order to achieve the final product which we are launching this week”, added Mr. Galea.
The male winter career apparel consists of a pin-striped tailored suit including a single breasted, two button jacket, a cloth-backed five button waistcoat, flat fronted trousers and long sleeved white shirts with a classic collar, complemented with a corresponding tie. The summer wear on the other hand will consist of a pair of flat fronted trousers made out of plain, lighter fabric, a short sleeved white shirt and a similar tie.

Winter apparel includes a single breasted, pin-striped 3 button jacket, a cloth backed waistcoat having a tailored fit and featuring a four-button front, slightly low-rise slim line trousers and two different styles of skirts - Pencil straight skirts and slim fitted panelled skirts with a slight flare at the knees in a fishtail style drape.
