Luxury Living by Dhalia recently hosted 30 Swedish property investors and individuals looking for a holiday home in Malta to a seminar and an intensive property introduction tour of various properties in Malta and Gozo.

The Swedish guests were invited to Malta by Dhalia following the company’s participation in three property fairs held in Stockholm, Malmo and Gothenburg held in September and October.

During their visit, the Swedish guests attended a seminar that explained the local tax regime and the new regulations when buying property in Malta. Information on retirement and holidaying in Malta was also provided.

Dhalia’s property consultants also accompanied the Swedish guests to view a number of residential projects across Malta and Gozo. The Swedish delegation also had the opportunity to meet local leading furniture suppliers.
