Joseph Caruana, BA (Hons) Bus.Mgt, FIA, CPA, has been appointed Registrar of Companies with effect from 1 December 2011. Mr Caruana succeeds Dr Anton Bartolo LLD, who has taken up new responsibilities with the Malta Financial Services Authority.
The Registrar of Companies is appointed by the Minister of Finance, the Economy and Investment in accordance with Article 400 of the Companies Act (Chapter 386 of the Laws of Malta).
