An exhibition is being held at the Banca Giuratale in Victoria about the life and works of writer Ninu Cremona, to mark the 40th anniversary of his passing away. It includes historic photographs and manuscripts, books and other objects linked to him.

The exhibition, which may be viewed all week, remains open until 20 January and was opened by Gozo Minister Giovanna Debono, who described Cremona as a patriot who had loved the Maltese language and worked to promote its dignity.

On Friday at 7pm at the Banca Giuratale, Joe Camilleri will give a public talk about the life and works of Ninu Cremona.
