InfoScreen Teams up with Exigy to distribute Quorum in Malta

InfoScreen (Cyprus) Ltd and Exigy Ltd of Malta signed a partnership agreement this week to deliver InfoScreen products to clients in Malta.

InfoScreen is an established software developer based in Limassol and the owner of the leading office automation software for the corporate services sector, ‘Quorum’.

Quorum is used by over 200 clients, with a presence in over 12 major jurisdictions worldwide. It is used by many of the leading auditing and law firms, as well as dedicated corporate and fiduciary service providers. Quorum automates a number of key operational areas that include recording and management of legal entities and all their activity, regulatory compliance, document management, task automation, time sheets and client billing.

Exigy, meanwhile, delivers strategic software solutions, aimed at providing customers with an effective bridge between business and technology. The company has implemented hundreds of successful software projects in various markets, including financial services, professional services, manufacturing, wholesale, retail and the public sector. Exigy forms part of the M. Demajo Group – a diversified group of companies that has been operating successfully in numerous sectors in Malta for over 100 years.

Referring to the deal, Tony Ellinas, the managing director of InfoScreen, commented, “Malta is becoming an increasingly important destination for corporate services worldwide. In partnership with Exigy, we aim to capture a dominant market share in the provision of office automation solutions to the corporate services sector in Malta. This agreement brings added value in the form of know-how for the further development of Quorum. The timing of this agreement is very significant.”
