In line with its current expansion strategy, the Frank Salt Real Estate Group has opened its 13th office on the island, offering residential sales and letting services. The new office is located at 88 Gorg Borg Olivier Street, St Julian’s, facing scenic Spinola Bay.

The past year has been a positive year for the company, with an increase in demand for high quality finished properties as well as investment properties. The rental market has also maintained its steady growth and although the company already has a presence in the Sliema and St Julian’s area, through its three offices in St Julian’s and Tower Road Sliema, it felt the need to complement these with a new outlet, focusing on rental properties.

“We have the largest letting department on the island, as well as one of the most complete teams of professional sales consultants, spread across our 13 branches,” said MD Joseph Lupi at the opening of the new branch. “Clients are spoilt for choice not only in respect of to which Frank Salt Real Estate branch they refer, but also in terms of the selection of properties on our books, literally catering for all pockets and requirements.”

The new branch will be managed by company director Douglas Salt, who also manages the neighbouring St Julian’s branch on Paceville Avenue.

The company’s Project Management division has carried out a complete refurbishment of the new office, which now has a state of the art, designer-finished environment, complete with the latest ITC innovations. This follows other expansion work at the company’s flagship offices in St Julian’s and the branch in Marsascala.
