Four time Grammy award winner Dianne Reeves will be gracing the stage at Ta’ Liesse this summer at the 22nd Malta Jazz Festival. She will be featuring in Terri Lyne Carrington’s The Mosaic Project on Friday, 20 July.

Dianne Reeves is the only jazz vocalist to have won the Grammy Award for Best Vocal Jazz performance for three consecutive recordings. She has recorded and performed extensively with Wynton Marsalis and the Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra. She has also recorded with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra conducted by Daniel Barenboim and was a featured soloist with Sir Simon Rattle and the Berlin Philharmonic.

Lyne Carrington’s The Mosaic Project is an all-female ensemble consisting of some of the finest female instrumentalists and vocalists in the world. This year, The Mosaic Project won the Grammy Award for the ‘Best Vocal Jazz Album’.

The Malta Jazz Festival will run from 19 to 21 July at Ta’ Liesse, Valletta.
