The MIDI plc annual general meeting, held last month, was told that revenues from the sale of residential property at Tigné Point last year amounted to €31.97 million, with an operating profit of €4.38 million.
The rental of commercial property yielded €5.1 million, company chief financial officer and secretary Luke Coppini told the meeting, which was introduced by chairman Albert Mizzi.
The ordinary resolutions for the approval of the financial statements, the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers as auditors and the approval of a maximum of €50,000 in respect of aggregate directors’ remuneration were approved by a majority of the members present.
The meeting appointed Joseph Bonello, Jonathan Buttigieg, David G. Curmi, David Demarco, Joseph A. Gasan, Albert Mizzi, Alec A. Mizzi and Joseph Said as directors.
