Social Dialogue Minister Helena Dalli conducted a visit to Dar Il-Kaptan where she met with volunteers, employees, and residents at the home for persons with a disability.

Founded in 1990, the non-profitable organization provides respite services to persons with a disability.

Persons with a disability can spend a day or reside for a short period of time at the centre.

Dr Dalli said that the centre is instrumental in encouraging persons with a disability to integrate with society.
