The suite of QuickFocus.com offers Professional Mentor - a step-by-step online guide on how to achieve desired personal and business benefits on time and to budget. New to the suite is the After Action Review - a self- development tool based on a structured after review process for analysing oneself In addition, the webinars within the suite aim to help improve one’s understanding about agility and project management. More products and services will be added to the QuickFocus suite before the end of the year.  

QuickFocus also provides training courses built on the QuickFocus Agile Delivery Framework, an extended wheel built on the popular methodology DSDM to help people to effectively work together to achieve the business goals. Courses can either be delivered onsite or online and can be customized accordingly. The purpose of the QuickFocus Agile Methodology is to guide, mentor and motivate people to self-develop themselves and acquire skills to become more Agile, knowing that it is they that need to make the difference and not the process.
