Roma have made a formal £6.9million offer for Arsenal striker Gervinho, the Daily Mail reports.
Lyon are also considering an offer for the 26-year-old - who is not on the club's pre-season tour of Asia - and could include their French international midfielder Yoan Gourcuff going the other way.
Gourcuff, 27, is keen to leave, and Arsenal want a midfielder.
