The agency marketing Champions League commercial rights says clubs will be "happy" with projected prize money increases through 2018.
Switzerland-based TEAM Marketing is currently selling broadcast and sponsorship deals for the 2015-18 seasons, which follow existing three-year deals worth 1.34 billion euros ($1.85 billion) annually.
TEAM director Martin Wagner tells The Associated Press "we will generate growth and we will see happy clubs with the results."
The 32 clubs playing in this season's Champions League will share at least 900 million euros ($1.24 billion) in UEFA prize money.
Champions League income is key for elite clubs trying to meet UEFA's "Financial Fair Play" rules which regulate spending.
Wagner says competition among broadcasters is "high, the need regarding the content is high, the technology is there."
