Arsenal have been offered the chance to sign Mario Balotelli for just £7.9million plus Costa Rica winger Joel Campbell.

According to Italian newspaper Tuttosport, AC Milan are looking to offload Balotelli this summer, as he is one of their highest earners, and hope to do business with Arsenal.

The paper says Milan have offered Balotelli to the Gunners for just £7.9million but want them to hand over Campbell as a sweetener.

Arsene Wenger has denied that he wants to sign a new striker but that could change with Balotelli now being at such a bargain price.

Wenger is yet to be fully convinced by World Cup star Campbell and wouldn’t see it as a big loss if he let him move to Milan.

Arsenal are yet to respond to Milan’s offer, with the ball now firmly in their court.
