Fortytwo Group appoints new CFO

FORTYTWO Group has announced today that Theresa Caruana Saydon has been appointed as its new Chief Financial Officer.

Previously occupying the role of Head of Finance, Theresa will now be taking over the management of the finance function and all related matters for the group and its subsidiaries.

Theresa has extensive experience within the finance industry having worked in financial institutions, IT hardware and software services as well as manufacturing sectors, both at a local and international level.

Erik Angelow, CEO of FORTYTWO Group said that “Theresa has already contributed great value to FORTYTWO and I am sure that her appointment as CFO will continue to strengthen the foundations on which the group and its subsidiaries were built”.

Furthermore Theresa stated, “I am very satisfied with this advancement in my career and with the trust that the group’s executive board has shown in my regard. I look forward to continue contributing to FORTYTWO’s success”.
