Agatha Grima, one of Malta’s foremost abstract artists and a supreme colourist, returns to the Malta Chamber of Commerce, Valletta, Malta, with her vibrant, mainstream exhibition Evolution of Consciousness.

The Prime Minister opened the exhibition on 17 September; free entry to the exhibition until Monday, 29 September. 

The deep, pulsating “reds” which were such a feature of The Awakening in 2012 and the finely streaming Waterfall series, have been forcefully and strikingly developed, and are here even more glowing, vibrant and textured. The skilfully interacting metals, browns and burnt orange forms of the artist’s Voyage to hope series are in solo display for the first time.
