The Energy Ministry has announced that the price of gas will remain stable as the price of a 12kg cylinder has been set at €18 until December this year.

This, the ministry said, means that the price of gas would have decreased by an average €1.95ċ when compared to the same period under a Nationalist government, that is in 2012, and 30 euro cents less when compared to the same period last year.

The ministry added that it is constantly working to help businesses flourish while also helping out families get through as well, referring to the reduction of gas cylinder prices and the electricity and water tariffs for households along with the planned reduction for businesses to kickstart in March 2015.
