The new Rickshaw menu was launched last night, with a special preview party for the press. As of this week, the menu is available to the public, with the restaurant open for dinner every evening from Tuesday to Saturday."Rickshaw is a name synonymous with really good Far Easter food in Malta and it is a brand that has developed internationally, as Corinthia now have Rickshaw restaurants within several of their other hotels," says Corinthia Palace Hotel & Spa executive chef Stefan Hogan."With this new menu launch, we have remained very true to our patron's best-loved dishes, but we have also introduced a whole host of exciting new flavour combinations for them to try."In fact, the restaurant has taken its exotic selection of dishes to a whole new level, with the development of a uniquely-authentic menu of Oriental street food, fine-dining innovation and time-honoured favourites that promise a completely new experience for diners.The development of this new menu was completed in collaboration with Andy Kwok, the renowned owner of the London-based Asian brand and restaurant chain Good Earth, which has been operational in the UK for over 25 years. It is thus a menu rich in authenticity, with innovations that include tastier-than-ever sauces, a sumptuous selection of new desserts, and authentic choices from China, the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan, Thailand and Korea."We never rest on our laurels and constantly come up with new ideas to excite our patrons and provide them with a dining experience that that is dynamic and unforgettable," continues Mr Hogan.
