A seminar discussing Case Studies in Rheumatology was held in Gozo at the Kempinski Hotel on Friday 10 October.  The seminar was organised by Serolf Trading Agency Ltd in collaboration with the Gozo Medical Association.  The talk was delivered by Professor Andrew Borg DM (Manch) MD FRCP, CCST (Rheum) UK. The hall was packed with doctors and pharmacists, whose attendance made the evening very successful.  Ideos, a Vitamin D and Calcium supplement from Laboratoires Innotech International and distributed locally by Serolf Trading Agency Ltd.,  is indicated  as an adjunct to specific therapy for osteoporosis in patients with established or at high risk of vitamin D and calcium combined deficiencies.  The importance of medical professionals treating patients with rheumatic disease is to help them have the best possible quality of life.A reception was held afterwards.
