There is a huge gift under the Christmas Tree for both Milan and Atletico Madrid fans.

The Italian and Spanish clubs have agreed on an exchange which is set to be beneficial to both, as Fernando Torres returns to Spain and Alessandro Cerci goes back to Italy, Italian media report.

Torres has not settled into his new experience in Milan, and returns to the club that launched him 12 years ago, while Cerci’s stay in Madrid has not reaped the desired results and he goes back to the Italian league.

Italian media is reporting that the two clubs have agreed on an exchange of loans valid for 18 months.
