Gozo Archaeological and Nature walking tour by Heritage Malta

Heritage Malta will be organizing a walking tour of some of Gozo's less known archaeological sites against the backdrop of some of Gozo's most stunning scenery. This tour includes visits to the Ta' Cenc dolmens and cart ruts and a Punic site at Ras il-Wardija.  There will be a coffee break at the Gozo Citadel, where we will visit the Archaeological museum, with a briefing regarding  the present excavations on site.The tour will be led by Heritage Malta's Senior Curator John J. Borg and Curator George Azzopardi and will take place on Sunday 25 January. The meeting point for participants is the Ċirkewwa Ferry Terminal at 8:30am.Participants are being advised to wear comfortable shoes as the tour involves a considerable amount of walking on uneven terrain. Tickets at €18 for Adults and €15 for senior citizens, Heritage Malta members and children. are available from all Heritage Malta sites and museums as well as online. The number of tickets available is limited and bookings are on first come first served basis. The price includes transport from Mgarr in Gozo and a coffee break. Gozo ferry tickets  are not included.
