The RE/MAX & Friends Foundation has donated €10, 000 to President Marie-Louise ColeiroPreca for the l-Istrina campaign. The donation was made at the RE/MAX Malta annual Christmas party, held at Villa Arrigo. RE/MAX associates, as well as their staff, also attended the 12-hour fund-raising event on Boxing Day, where they volunteered to answer the telephones.Speaking about the donation, board member Michael Bonello said: "It is an honour to share our success and give back to the community, especially to such a valid cause as l-Istrina. I would like to thank our sales and letting associates as well as the fellow franchises for donating to our foundation from their own earnings. Without their full support, this donation would not have been possible." The RE/MAX & Friends Foundation was launched in September with the aim of assisting children with chronic or terminal illnesses. The company donates a percentage of its earnings from every real estate transaction.
