The Ecco Walkathon at the Pembroke Athleta Sports Club held on 31 March included a 7km walkathon in aid of The Inspire Foundation. The walk attracted hundreds of walkers, and raised €1,500 which will go towards helping more children and adults with various disabilities, and to support their families.

Inspire advocates for inclusion, educates the general public, and raises awareness among peers in order to make sure that people with disabilities reach their full potential and are fully integrated in society and the community.

"At Ecco , we feel very proud to have been part of this great event and that we helped raise money for such a good cause, with the help and support from Pembroke Athleta. We will continue to support The Inspire Foundation and help raise awareness about all the great services they offer," said Ecco's Nickii Mallia.
