This year marks the 52nd anniversary of the national Miss Malta competition. This prestigious event is being organised by Glow Promotions under the management of Alan J. Darmanin and Jeff Francalanza. Twenty finalists will be competing and each one will be representing a different locality in Malta and Gozo.

The top three winners will each represent Malta abroad in an international beauty pageant - the Miss Grand International to be held in Thailand and Miss Supranational in Poland. The Miss Malta winner will also receive a year full of activities and appearances on local television, magazines and newspapers.

Pearl Haber, from Floriana, will crown her successor on Saturday, 6 June at the GrandMaster's Suite, Hilton Malta. The finale will be transmitted live on One Television.
