The Sustainable Energy and Water Conservation Unit (SEWCU) within the Ministry for Energy and Health (MEH) has recently placed on the international market a comprehensive tender associated with the Natural Gas pipeline that Malta wants to pursue between Malta and Gela in Sicily.

The consultant will also be required to identify the main requirements of the Italian permit granting procedure and prepare the necessary documentation to initiate the pre-application permitting process in both Malta and Italy.

This study is expected to take 18 months to complete.
