Prime Minister Joseph Muscat arrived at the Eurogroup Heads of State Summit earlier this evening in Brussels, however was unable to give comments to the press as he was running late.

Inside, leaders are discussing last minute proposals by Greece, presented in the very early hours of the morning. Earlier today Finance Ministers met to discuss the proposals, however no progress was made as the International Monetary Fund, the European Commission and the European Central Bank did not have the time to properly review the proposals. It was indicated that another Eurogroup Finance Minister meeting would take place Thursday.
