PN MP Frederick Azzopardi said that from the outset, the government was hiding agreements made with Queen Mary University of London and things were much different to what is being portrayed by government when it came to health sector proposed projects.
He said that not only such proposed projects lack information but they may also have a smell of corruption.
Mr Azzopardi said that the Opposition raised a number of questions on the Gozo hospital project and the agreement with QMUL and all the government came up with is that it was following on the Memorandum of Understanding it signed with the London University.
“There are conflicting versions on the proposed Barts’ Medical School campus meant to open in Gozo,” he lamented.
