Speaking during the inauguration of a new training centre at St Vincent de Paul residence, Dr Caruana said that this new project is partially funded by the EU.

She said that this was another step forward into transforming SVPR into a centre of excellence.

She also thanked all the workers who worked on this project, along with Parliamentary Secretary Ian Borg for EU Funds for his assistance in this project.

Dr Borg expressed satisfaction over the fact that the residence now has the desire to make a quality leap.
