The Fund for Voluntary Organisations of the Malta Community Chest Fund has concluded the evaluation process of first-call applications for social projects.
Thirty-seven organisations were chosen in all and will benefit from a total €700,000.
The list is provisional until the time-frame elapses for other organisations to file an appeal.
The MCCF fund received a total 92 applications in total, 76 of which were eligible to financial assistance.
Those who were not chosen can apply when the second call issued.

Inspire, Arzella Childcare Centre, St Lazarus Foundation, National Council of Women, Żgħażagħ Azzjoni Kattolika, Lifecycle Foundation, Action for Breast Cancer Foundation, Paulo Freire Institute, Fondazzjoni mid-Dlam għad-Dawl, Soċjetà Duttrina Nisranija, Dar il-Kaptan, CAM, Fondazzjoni Bormliża għall-Persuni b’Diżabiltà, Platform of Human Rights Organisations in Malta, The Multiple Sclerosis Society of Malta, Għaqda Mużikali San Ġorġ Martri, Fondazzjoni RISe, Dar Osanna Pia, Secretariat for Catholic Education Schools,Write Deal Association, Malta Hospice Movement, Intelligent Transport Systems, Foundation for Independent Living, Malta Chamber of Pharmacists, Prison Fellowship Malta, Women’s Rights Foundation, Assoċjazzjoni Maltija tal-Foster Care, Youth Eme Foundation, Cross Culture International Foundation (Malta), ADHD Family Support Group, and JRS Malta Foundation.
