Talks within the Council have thus far been solely focussed on Greece, sources close to the Prime Minister have said.
The Prime Minister also gave a brief comment on Dissett. "It will come down to the wire and negotiations are getting tougher. We want greece to remain in the eurozone. We will give flexibility but we cannot give what we don't have".
He likened Greece to a patient on life support. "We have a patient who is on life support. We want the patient alive".
The Summit was set to discuss migration as a main issue, however has thus far been hijacked by the Greek situation. Greece has until Tuesday to pay back over €1bn in loans.
