The Eurogroup Finance Ministers meeting has indefinitely suspended its meeting over Greece, until the debt-ridden country comes back with better proposals.

Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras told reporters that "European history is full of disagreements, negotiations, and then compromises. So after the comprehensive Greek proposals, I am confident that we will reach a compromise that will help the eurozone and Greece to overcome the crisis".

This came following proposals sent to Finance Ministers earlier today, right before the Eurogroup began.

Finance Minister Edward Scicluna had stressed that at least everyone is working off the same document, referring to the original Greek proposals sent earlier this week.
