De La Salle students who won the Malta Student Science Forum and participated in the International Wildlife Research week in Switzerland presented a report on their experience to Environment Minister Leo Brincat.

The students, Francesco Pavia and Martina Pizzuto, took part in discussions and made presentations on natural sciences in informal and formal meetings during their stay in Switzerland, the Department of Information said.

Their main project was on a songbird known as the Common Chaffinch.
