AAT won top honours at this year's edition of the Malta Business Review's Malta's Best Entrepreneur of the Year Awards, obtaining the judges' majority scores for Malta's Best Entrepreneurial Ideas Entrepreneur of the Year, Best Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year and the most prestigious Overall Best Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2015.

The panel of judges unanimously voted Dr Attard Trevisan with the Overall Best Entrepreneur of the Year 2015 to acknowledge and commend his work on Mente[AR1] , the company's innovative portable EEG device, which uses neurofeedback technology to help relax the minds of children with autism, enabling them to focus better and engage positively with their environment.

AAT Research team were full of praise for the event organisation, the food and the top quality entertainment, adding that, "We could tell that you put a lot of time and effort into organising the evening to make it as prestigious as possible, and we were delighted to be part of it. We were absolutely thrilled to receive three awards, one of them being the overall award itself.

The awards ceremony, presided over by Her Excellency the President of Malta Marie Louise Coleiro Preca, was held on July 10, 2015 at the Westin Dragonara Resort, St Julian's. Organised annually by MBR Publications Ltd, this event aims to award top entrepreneurs with energy, enthusiasm, and the courage to lead. This year's edition boasted 32 nominees from different business sectors and attracted more than 550 guests, with world famous pianist and chamber musician Sofia Narmania brought especially as top billing, serenading the evening with a splendid recital. Young yet possessing a musical maturity in great measure, she gave a fine performance, mesmerising the guests present. Other entertainment was provided by The New Victorians, Russian Ensemble Malinka, saxophonist Mario Borg, fire eaters and fire jugglers.
