The Mediterranean Conference Centre organised a team-building event on Wednesday, 15 July. MCC employees enjoyed a fun and engaging afternoon at Palm Beach Lido in Armier, where they completed a number of tasks aimed at improving communication and increasing mutual trust and interdependence between team members.

"Team-building is crucial towards the Mediterranean Conference Centre's employees who are engaged in different specialisations within Malta's most prestigious conference centre. Establishing good teamwork between employees leads to a positive climate of collaboration and commitment towards achieving better goals," said Pierre Fenech, chief Executive officer at the Mediterranean Conference Centre.
