Enemalta plc awarded the 2014 Worker of the Year Award to Dorianne Ciappara, who forms part of the Company's customer care team.

Dorianne joined Enemalta in 1987 and in 2011 she was entrusted with the coordination of the Company's email support service. She provides support to hundreds of customers every week, often going out of her way to resolve their difficulties even when interventions from other entities are required.

Her personal motto is to assist customers in the same way she would like to be supported if she faced a similar situation. Through her efforts and guidance, she inspires her colleagues to provide an effective support service to the Company's customers. 

Enemalta plc thanked Dorianne for her commitment to the Company. The Company also commended Mr Mario Sultana and Mr Joseph Bartolo, the other two finalists shortlisted for this Award.
