President Marie Louise Coleiro Preca commemorates Victory Day in Valletta

President Marie Louise Coleiro Preca today commemorated Victory Day by laying a wreath of flowers on the Great Siege monument in Valletta.
The annual Victory Day regatta will be held at the Grand Harbour at 1pm today.
