The funeral of entrepreneur Albert Mizzi, who died on Thursday aged 87, was held this morning at the Balluta parish church in St Julian’s.
Mr Mizzi, the first chairman of Air Malta, is considered to be the doyen of Maltese entrepreneurs who had a career spanning nearly 70 years in business that took him into real estate development, hotels and tourism, importation and distribution, manufacture and export, and retailing.
Funeral mass was said by Mgr Victor Grech.
