As part of the International October Breast Cancer awareness month, the Eden SuperBowl shall be organising a night in aid of Pink October on 24 October from 8pm onwards. 'Bowl for Pink' is the first event of its kind organised at Eden SuperBowl and the team is working hard to make this a memorable event.

To participate in this fun ladies night will set you back just €10. This will include a game of bowling, a complimentary glass of Pink Lunetta Prosecco, sweet treats and girly gifts. Max Factor will also be setting up a special Makeover corner, where anyone who receives a makeover will be given goodie bags full of Max Factor make up. DJ Alessia De Martino will be setting the mood with fun, girly and pop music for the night. A charity raffle will also be taking place, where all the money collected through ticket purchasing and a percentage of event tickets will be donated directly through Pink October, where funds raised will go towards medical equipment which takes x-rays of breast biopsies.

Breast Cancer is the most common form of cancer and the leading cause of death in women over the age of 30 in Malta. With one in every eight Maltese women suffering from the disease in the course of their lifetime, much awareness and education is needed. Through early diagnosis and education on symptoms, detecting cancer at an early stage can save lives and help avoid aggressive treatment.
