Public attendance at Heritage Malta open days has increased steadily year after year, a reply to a parliamentary question shows.

In reply to a PQ by PL MP Anthony Agius Decelis, Justice and Culture Minister Owen Bonnici said 121,762 persons had attended Heritage Malta open days since March 2013.

Figures tabled in Parliament show that 16,867 attended open days in 2011, 31,360 in 2012, 46,877 in 2013 and 37,014 in 2014. Between January and September of this year 37,871 people attended Heritage Malta open days.
