Addolorata Cemetery inquiry: Nobody is hindering investigation – Judge Magri

Judge Alberto Magri, who is heading an inquiry following allegations of illegal activities at the Addolorata Cemetery, said that contrary to allegations, nobody is hindering him in the investigation.

In a statement, the board of inquiry called on people who felt aggrieved by the behaviour of officials at this or any other government cemetery to submit their name, surname and address in a sealed envelope addressed to Carmen Scicluna, secretary to the board, at the Civil and Tribunal courts in Valletta.

The inquiry was launched by the Health Minister in October following allegations in Parliamentary by shadow minister Claudette Buttigieg.
