Parliamentary Secretary José Herrera last week inaugurated the E&V Sara Grech brand new Market Centre in Mrieħel.

The offices have a floor area of 1400 square metre on 7 floors and feature the latest environmental standards, technological infrastructure and corporate environment. The offices incorporate facilities for press events, networking events, seminars and training for agents.

In her opening address, Sara Grech, the CEO and Founder, expressed her delight at being able to do what she loves most from a spacious and more accessible head office. Her son, Benjamin Grech, the Managing Director, added that the Market Centre is the foundation for the future success of the company which relies on turning self-employed real estate agents into successful entrepreneurs. He said that this is a game-changing concept and the first of its kind on the island. The introduction of the Market Centre is based on the international E&V philosophy which highlights the importance of providing the ideal working platform and tools for real estate agents to deliver the expected results.

"The Market Centre is the focal point of our Real Estate Agents where they can find the necessary information about our property database, marketing, legal information, and market advice".

Parliamentary Secretary José Herrera praised E&V Sara Grech for their commitment and hard work for the past 30 years, and for having put in place a strategy that emphasises innovation and diversity in order to continue improving the Real Estate industry in Malta. He also spoke about the white paper about Malta's new Property Code and Regulations he launched a month ago. This white paper shall follow into a new government agency regulating the property market, mainly real estate agents. "As one of the main real estate agencies on the islands, I am sure E&V Sara Grech has a lot to offer to the industry and this new Market Centre shall give yet another push in favour of the direction we are pursuing as a Government," concluded Parliamentary Secretary Herrera.

E&V Sara Grech currently employs 70 people.
