Prime Minister Joseph Muscat will be addressing thousands of Labour Party supporters at around 2:30pm, with a large crowd already forming outside the party's headquarters in Hamrun after sample votes in the general election have indicated a strong PL win.

PL's victory in the general election was announced at roughly 11am, and according to sample votes are predicted to win by a sizeable margin. 

The crowd is in full on party mode, with Joe Tanti telling the crowd that the PN "wasted four years".
