TMI honours Daphne Caruana Galizia with empty page instead of her article

Thursday, 19 October 2017, 08:26 Last update: about 6 years ago

The Malta Independent on Thursday carried, for 20 years, an article written by Daphne Caruana Galizia, who was killed by a bomb placed in her car.

Today, the first Thursday after her death, this space has been left empty in memory of her except for a black ribbon accompanied by the words: “Your pen has been silenced but your voice will live on”.
