The Maltese media tomorrow will unite in a common act of defiance following last Monday’s assassination of Daphne Caruana Galizia.

News organisations will display the message 'The pen conquers fear' prominently on all their print, TV and electronic media.

In a statement, the Institute of Journalists said all media representatives are urged to send a strong message that nobody can stop them in their search for the truth in their daily work. 

Last Thursday, journalists held a mass demonstration in Valletta and filed a court protest requesting the magistrate investigating the murder to protect Daphne’s sources.
