The youngsters “predicting” the outcome of the World Cup games were off to a good start yesterday, picking Russia to beat Saudi Arabia in the opening game. That’s how it exactly happened, although few would have thought that the Russians would have emerged 5-0 winners.

The World Cup today enters its second day, with three matches scheduled to be played.

The young boys and girls, aged four to six, were involved in “races” to “predict” the outcome of the games between Uruguay and Egypt, from Group A, and two matches from Group B, Morocco vs Iran and the much-anticipated Spain vs Portugal.
