Spain striker Iago Aspas injured his leg during Celta Vigo's 2-0 loss at Barcelona on Saturday and is expected to be out for four weeks.

Celta says Aspas has a muscle injury in his right thigh. It says if medical tests confirm the initial diagnosis he will be sidelined a month.

The 31-year-old Aspas is Celta's top scorer and the fourth leading scorer in the Spanish league with 10.

He had to leave in the second half, walking off gingerly.

"Any injury (to a teammate) hurts us, but an injury to Iago hurts even more," Celta defender Hugo Mallo said.
