In what is her last address to the people for Christmas, President Marie Louise Coleiro Preca speaks about bullying and domestic violence, saying they are scourges of society that need to be tackled with determination.
She also expresses her gratitude to a nation that “welcomed me with open arms”, adding that she has learnt so much from her experience as head of state.
Coleiro Preca’s term of office expires in April 2019.
