Three men were arrested on Wednesday afternoon after they broke into a residence in Birkirkara.
The case took place at around 4pm in Triq il-Kaless, the police said.
Officers went on site after they were informed that the men were trying to gain access into a residence. Members of the Rapid Intervention Unit and officers from the Hamrun police station surrounded the building and found the men, who are foreigners, inside.
The men are assisting in the investigations.
