The skatepark in Birzebbuga turns into a swimming pool every time it rains, and then it takes a number of days until it dries up – provided that no rain falls again.

The park was opened last March, with users saying that there is no proper drainage system and therefore rainwater accumulates in the lower parts of the complex.

The Facebook page dedicated to users of the park posted a video and photos to explain what happens every time it rains, calling on the authorities to take the necessary action.
